What are the age limits?

Our Soft Play Equipment caters to the younger crowd, specifically kiddos aged 5 and below. Our bounce houses come in various sizes to suit all age groups.

Are there any restrictions when renting your equipment?

Yes! Here are the guidelines:

• Please take your shoes off

• No food or beverages on the equipment

• No face paint, slime, confetti or sharp objects

• Parents, please supervise and encourage safe play

Do you offer custom colors or other rental items?

Certainly! Our collection is expanding daily. If you have a specific request, drop us an email or give us a call. We'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

When is the ideal time to book?

Sooner is better! Our calendar fills up fast. Once you've submitted the form on our "book now" page, we'll confirm your date via email.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We're flexible with payment options – all major credit cards, Venmo, Zelle, Paypal, and good old cash are accepted.

What is your cancellation policy?

Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to a new date, providing some flexibility for changes in plans.

What if it rains?

In case of rain, we recommend moving the setup indoors if possible. You can also reschedule your rental. Keep in mind that once the setup is complete, we can't relocate it.
